What Validly provides
Validly is an app for managing products, batches, quantities, photos, expiry dates, and reminders.
- You can create products, add batches, store photos, notes, barcodes, quantities, and expiry dates.
- Dashboards, filters, and reminders help you prioritize products that need attention.
- Some features may use Firebase, Cloud Functions, Remote Config, Crashlytics, Google Mobile Ads, and configured AI services.
- Validly does not replace food-safety, medical, legal, or professional business judgment.
Your account and data
You are responsible for the information you add to the app and for how you use your account.
- Enter expiry dates, quantities, notes, and product details as accurately as you can.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, privacy-invasive, or intellectual-property-infringing content.
- You can edit or delete products, batches, and photos in the app using the available features.
- Personal data handling is described further in the Validly Privacy Policy.
AI, barcode, and image lookup
Lookup features are provided to make data entry faster, but results may not be perfect.
- Information from barcodes, images, or AI is a suggestion and should be reviewed before you save or rely on it.
- Photos and lookup data may be processed through backend services or third-party providers to return results.
- Validly may limit, change, or suspend lookup to protect system reliability, operating costs, or service quality.
Notifications, ads, and service changes
Some experiences depend on your device, remote configuration, and platform services.
- Reminders depend on notification permission, device settings, time zone, and operating-system behavior.
- Google Mobile Ads may be enabled in selected screens or moments through Remote Config.
- We may update, fix, add, change, or discontinue features as needed to operate Validly.
Limits of responsibility and contact
Validly is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law.
- You decide whether to use, consume, sell, discard, or handle products based on the data in the app.
- We do not guarantee that data, lookup, reminders, or sync will always be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or error-free.
